1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt, packing slip, or order number.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Per standard consumer guidelines, the following items cannot be returned:

Personal care products (beauty products, razors, or intimate apparel).
Custom-made or personalized items.
Items which have been used.

4. Process for Returns

Initiate: Contact us at Hello@cappstan.com with your order number.
Ship: Once approved, a return address will be provided.
Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless advised otherwise). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2-10 business days.
Rejection: We will contact you via email with further information for the reason
