Is your packaging discrete?

All our orders are shipped in plain packaging with your address label. From the outside of the package there is no indication of the contents inside. However please ensure you open the package first yourself.

Can you make custom printed cards?

Currently the answer is no. We are currently working hard to offer more customizable products to our range.

If I order multiple items, how do I know which is which?

Please follow the designs and colors of the cards on the website. The design you ordered will always have the advertised message. Additionally you can contact us for further help.

How long does shipping take?

All our orders ship from Utah, USA. We use two services which you can choose from. DHL overground is 4 - 8 working days and DHL expedited MAX is 2 - 4 working days. We aim to ship all orders the same or next working day* depending on your time of order.

Can I ship directly to my recipient ?

We advise against this. Whilst our packaging is discrete, if the recipient were to open the package there is a chance they will read the barcode on the removable plastic packaging. We suggest deliver the item to yourself first and then give to the recipient.

What is your return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
